One screen with the numbers that matter
Sales, wages, cost of goods and cash for each venue, in one view.

Most owners do not need more reports. They need the few numbers that matter, every week, in one place. We build a dashboard from your accounting, POS and rostering data and walk you through it.
What's included
- Sales, wages, cost of goods and cash in one view
- Results by venue and for the group
- Monthly management reports with commentary
- Budget versus actual
- Data from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, plus your POS and rostering systems
Why it matters in hospitality
When you can see wage cost and food cost each week, you can fix a problem in the next roster or the next order, not three months later.
Dashboard questions
What does a venue dashboard show?
Sales, wages, cost of goods and cash for each venue, against your targets, on one screen. For groups we show each venue and the whole group side by side.
Where does the data come from?
From the accounting, POS, rostering and payroll software you already use, so figures update as those systems sync. We set up the connections and check the numbers reconcile to your books.
Do I need to change my software?
Usually not. We build the dashboard around your existing systems and only suggest a change if something is causing errors or extra work.
